My mother had no assets, and my sister lived with my mother, paid the mortgage and taxes. After 43 years how do we remove my mothers name off the deed? Both my mother and sister bought the house togather- thank you
A: If your mother is deceased you file a suggestion of death and deed the property accordingly.
