Q: My ex owes back pay on child support ,curious to find out if his stimulus check would be intercepted ?

A: If your child support is paid through the state of Tennessee, then it is very likely his stimulus check will be intercepted. If the child support is from a divorce and it is paid directly to you his check may not be intercepted.
