A: That is most likely because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Skeleton staff’s so all cases were most likely automatically continued

A: Very likely the court supervision termination date was automatically postponed due to the court closures. You can contact the Clerk of the Circuit Court to verify.

A: It seems they did not get notice that you completed your Traffic Safety School. Most Counties, are terminating Court Supervision satisfactorily, if all conditions of the sentence have been met and they have proof in the court file. If there is now proof, they are extending the termination dates due to COVID-19. You need to contact the McLean County Circuit Court Clerk's Office and find out what you need to file in order to have your Supervision terminated or you should contact your attorney, but if you did not have an attorney, you could hire one to look into it for you.

A: In most of the courts they are extending the Supervision dates due to the COVID court closures. If you have already completed eveything and the court has proof of it then there is nothing to worry about as the Supervison will terminate and not be a conviction.
