Q: Can legal action be in forced on a person who abandoned his kids for 16 years and has since committed bigamy

My husband left me and his two boys age 21/2 and 10 mths without warning never heard from him for 16 years,except one notice from Child support that he had been court ordered to pay child support and never did,2 years ago I saw a post on Social Media of a woman who posted Just married And gave the name of my (Husband) we are still legally married ! What can I do?
