Griffin, GA asked in Family Law for Georgia

Q: My sister has temporary guardianship of my children and now she wont let me see them or give them back

We signed it in November to prevent if I was to go to jail that I would might be gone for more than a month or so and she would have the legal authority to say if they could go to the doctors and so on but now she won't let me see them she won't let them come over and she's telling me I have all these stipulations that I have to follow in order for that to happen and I followed everything that she's asked me to to a T and it seems like I'm getting further and further away from being able to even see my own children I didn't have any court order taken away from me there's no reason why I shouldn't have them I have a home I have an income
