Q: Can i sue my husband for divorce & alimony,back ch.support even tho he married someone else

I am still legally married to my kids father who without warning left for work and never returned its been 16 years with no calls,visits,birthday cards or any support not even from a court order that was placed by Dept.of CFS when he was located briefly.2 years ago i was on FACEBOOK and saw this big status that read Congrats to the New ''Mrs. #$%@&'"! i was in sudden shock ,see his name is not common,and the last male to carry on the family name...after 16 years he resurfaced but not to the family he abandoned ,two sons who adored him,only 2 1/2 and 10 months old at that time,i went through so much ,i worked 2 sometimes 3 jobs and still just scraped by,his boys are adults now the youngest just turned 18,shouldnt he be liable for his abandoning us,he committed bigamy. after I am granted a divorce can i ask for alimony?would i be entitled?oh we were married in florida,i live in GA NOW HE IS IN Maryland and remarried there also so where do i file?
