Most likely it will not, although it depends on the conditions of your case. Normally diversion is an alternative to sentencing that affords the individual option of completing the program in exchange for a dismissal. If you had an attorney, it is best to contact him or her for clarification. If you did not have an attorney, contact the court that assigned you to diversion.
