Q: Can child support agreements be modified for older kids to include rising expenses to like a car, insurance, college?
As children have gotten to high school and college age, the child support agreement we have doesn’t cover these bigger expenses and leaves no plan for paying for college, cars, car insurance etc. What is best way to address? Don’t want to pay so much in legal fees to handle that it negates the impact of having him contribute more for these things.

Parents in Georgia are not required to pay for cars, insurance or college, especially once the children are 18. If he doesn't want to contribute, he won't have to.
