Asked in Probate for Illinois

Q: I believe my parents will is fake .. What can i do?

Both my parents died last year. I asked my sister if she was going to file their will. She calls me and says i dont have to file a will or whatever cause I am soul aire to everything they had, but there are seven kids. She said the law says she has to give me a dollar and she will do that as soon as possible. Then two days later she filed a will. She said the will was done by an attorney but nowhere on the will has the attorneys name and my name was a name i havent had in 9 years on top of that it says the will was done two days after my mother passed. I checked at the tax accessors office and my sisters name isnt even on the taxes but she claims her name was on everything. Even tho they passed last year if i find out the will is fake can i still do something about it?? Also she only filed it , it never went before a judge.
