Q: Can you sue for lost wages if you need to take the day off to deal with all the accident related issues?
A car slammed into me I wasn’t hurt but my daughter went to the ER with a neck sprain now I have to take the day off to take her to the doctor and deal with the adjusters and everything because I’m a full time healthcare worker and don’t have the time to be doing these things at work
