A: In the state of Georgia, grandparents may file their own, original court action for visitation with their grandchild, but there are limitations to this rule. These include only filing an original action for visitation once every two years, and grandparents can't seek visitation with a grandchild who lives with both parents, if the parents have not separated. It is best to contact an attorney who can assist you.

A: You would need to file in Georgia. There are no "forms" but an experienced family law attorney, I would be happy to assist you with the case.
