Q: Why do I have back pay child support for my 3 daughters if I just found at the monthly amount I owe at court?
I pay all the bills plus expenses and we have a joint account. My spouse decided to filed child support. We went to court and I now have back pay. How if I never stopped supporting my family during this time? They're taking more than 70% of my checks and thats more then the amount I have set up for automatic withdrawal. Its leaving me where I cant support the now two "households"
