Atlanta, GA asked in Family Law for Georgia

Q: Can someone keep me from seeing or talking to my son

When my son was struck by a vehicle, my ex step mom tricked me into signing temporary guardianship. Since then i have maybe seen him twice. She is denying me phone conversations and visits. She is in contempt of court in another county for my other son. The paperwork does not say that i can not have contact.
