Q: does the custody, visitation, and support need to be in divorce papers if neither party has custody at the moment?
my son is filing for divorce by filling out forms online to be prepared by a legal aide. The questioner ask about dependant children. However, the child is currently in the custody of the state as the department of children and family services removed him from the home. Do I need to include an agreement for the child if they do not have custody at the moment?
