Q: What happens to a 17 year old who runs away from home?
I no longer feel welcomed in my home.
A:
There are a number of scenarios that can play out, one is a runaway charge. Additionally, if there are accusations of abuse, there are other options available as well. It is best to contact an attorney who can assess the specifics of the circumstances and provide a more detailed response.
We are glad to assist you. Contact us whenever you are ready.
We wish you well.
-The Upshaw Law Firm, (770) 240-0922.
A: Your parent/guardian could report you as a runaway and you could be brought back home if found. If you are in a difficult situation you may want to reach out to a counselor who may be able to provide you with guidance. Until you are 18 you have to live where your parent or guardian says you have to live. -Homer P. Jordan IV, Esq. 404-620-1558
