A: Technically, he is facing a license suspension. Two convictions within 24 months results in a suspension for those under the age of 21. However, it is very likely this can be avoided as long as it is handled properly in court. He may need to complete another traffic safety course. It would be recommended that you contact an attorney who practices in the courthouse where the new ticket is assigned. Most of us offer free consultations.

A: He could lose his license. He needs to hire a traffic lawyer asap.

A: He could lose his license. You need to hire an attorney to assist him with this new matter and any possible violation that might be filed on the other matter. The sooner you hire an attorney, the better. Make sure to tell that attorney that your son is currently on Court Supervision for another ticket.
