A: While that sounds tempting it would be considered fraudulent and could not only result in fines and penalties but could create unintended consequences.

You should not do that.

You should look at loan rehabilitation or consolidation and an income based repayment options. With no payments and no interest through the end of the year you could likely rehab your loans before the 2020 returns are due.
