Justia does not grant patents. Justia, like Google and other sites, provides ways for people to look at United States patents.
Each search tool will have some advantages and some disadvantages compared to other search tools. I have not used the Justia tool. The Google tool and the USPTO tool are two of the most commonly used search tools for US patents and published applications. You should try searching using different tools.
