Q: Can you file a police report against a person for them filing a FALSE police report against you ?
My husband was falsely accused by his child’s mother for family violence . I was a witness and I recorded the incident on video as well as he . My husband had no physical contact with her . She assaulted me and got arrested for the same incident in question. She has a past of violence against My husband and I. ( The incident happened a year ago and my husband went to jail)
A: Yes, you can call the police and ask the police to make a report. Whether they will do it or not is another issue.
