A Kansas attorney could advise best, but you await a response for four weeks. Your question may have remained open because although it's posted under Car Accidents, it looks like it has workers' comp elements to it because it took place in the course of employment. You could reach out to workers' comp attorneys or consider reposting and adding WC as a category. There's no guarantee all questions are picked up, but you might have better chances of a response under Workers' Compensation. Good luck
