A: Assuming you are the father and not the mother, if paternity has not been established you will need to do so if you want to gain physical placement rights. There is no child support until paterntoth is established and a request is made for the same through the courts.
A: You need to file a Petition to Enforce Placement if there is a court order that the other spouse is not following. A parent is not rewarded with child support if they are withholding a child contrary to a court Order.
