Q: 2 speeding tickets, both 15-20 over, doing speed school for 1. is the license still going to be suspended?

A: Traffic safety school is usually imposed as part of court supervision, which does not county against your record as a conviction. Only convictions count toward a license suspension.

A: If the under 21 year old receives convictions on both of these tickets, their license will be suspended. If they receive Court Supervision on one, their license will not be suspended. To make sure everything works out, this person should hire an attorney to assist them to increase their odds of receiving Court Supervision.
