Q: i was pulled over for just driving down the road..bysame officers whom pulled me over in my yard the day before legal
and i didnt do anything wrong at the moment till when they pulled me over..My friend gave me his mom registered gun to bring back to her in a case unchambered and i got charge carry a concelded weapon.. They think i had info on friend whom got raided 10 days prior.. I told them i have no idea about my friends extra activities and couldnt help..so they let me go with there card and said if i help they will help me.. But i told them i couldnt helpthem with controlled bye because i didnt do drugs nor ever bought and if i did try friend would find weird anyways.. I believe all this haressment stemed from raid at friends house we happened to be there and were cleared and let go cause we had no drugs but unfortunetly my friend did.. so ever since then weve been getting pulled over..left and right by cops trying to get us to talk about nothing we know of.. so thru 5 pull overs and searches the one time.. gave cop gun right away 30 days later got warrent and charge if we dont help

What is the question? I don't doubt you were being followed, and the police were just looking for reason to charge you with something. Whether it's "harassment" really depends on whether they had legal reasons to stop you each time. It sounds like they did, at least for the time they got you with CCW.
Part of the negotiations for your charge now will be premised on your willingness to cooperate. If you don't have anything to say, or refuse, then you might face conviction on the CCW charge. On the other hand, you should approach any agreement to cooperate with caution. Many people have been in your position and promised the world by police for their cooperation....
