Chicago, IL asked in Traffic Tickets for Illinois

Q: I got 2 tickets last year and this year I got another one only 4 days until 1 year prior to my last ticket

I got a ticket 1/23/19 and got another one 10/23/19 has to go to court and ask for supervision and 8hr TSS. I got another ticket 10/19/20 only 4 days prior to the year mark. Will my license get suspended since It wasn’t a year? Can I still do TSS or will it just go on my record?

A: TSS does not count against the two ticket limit so it won't cause a suspension unless you are still under supervision and the prosecutor moves to revoke it because of the new ticket.

You are eligible for supervision on the new ticket.

A: Your license will not get suspended, but you are likely to receive a conviction on the new ticket without the assistance of an attorney. You need to hire an attorney to assist you with this matter right away. Also, please stop posting the same question. The answer will not change. Hire an attorney to assist you.
