My friend's mom didnt want to see me on the streets so she let me stay there. Can she get into trouble for this? Mom made my job let me go so I cant emancipate myself. I left home cause I'm was tired of the verbal abuse and pettiness.
A: Duplicate question. At this point you are not a legal adult, so you have to live where your mother says you have to live. She can report you as a runaway at this point. Once you turn 18 you can live where you would like to.
