Q: If two parents are working separate case plans in georgia for dfcs and one finishes and one doesn't what happens

My son was taken from me his dad was in jail he's out now we are working caseplan with dfcs for our son I'm required to do six months of treatment or sober living his dad says they are telling him to rent a place to live so they can do the home evaluation and our son can go with him I was in treatment but was diagnosed with sars corana virus and had to leave during my leave I relapsed and currently waiting for a bed to return to program so if his dad rents the place and gets him and I'm still in treatment what happens do I still have to complete the treatment or do I loose my rights
