A: It depends on the facts of the case, your criminal history and the DA's and victims' positions on jail time. Generally, in the beginning of the pandemic, courts were leaning away from jail sentences and were letting a lot of people out of jail on already-imposed sentences. Now, though, that's not the case as much. It depends on the judge/charge/criminal record.
