Salt Lake City, UT asked in Landlord - Tenant for Utah

Q: I have received a "Notice to Vacate" by email from the property manager. Doesn't this notice need to be a physical doc.?

I'm a tenant in Utah and my understanding is this has to be a physical document served in person, by certified mail or left as a notice at the apartment.
