Q: I need to find rulings in favor of a defendant whose injury was caused by unsafe structures
The judge asked for a settlement outside of Court but lawyer for the plaintiffs said no. The judge said he had to follow the law for Wisconsin that after 10 years I can't fle.
A: I don't understand what you are asking for. Are you saying the judge dismissed your case because you filed after the statute of limitations expired? We have a 3 yr Statute of limitations on Wisconsin beyond which one may not sure. If so, cases you characterized wouldn't help you. Again, I am not sure I understand what you need.
