Q: If the cop put down the wrong information like time and location on the ticket would that help for a dismissal?
The cop supposedly got me by radar for doing 75 in a 55. I wasn't going anymore than maybe 62-65 I know still speeding but the location he put on my ticket is a 5.2 mile difference than where I was pulled over at and I wasn't anywhere near the area that is listed on my ticket. The cop has me at 12:43p.m. when He didn't pull me over till after 2:30p.m.
