West Monroe, LA asked in Child Support for Louisiana

Q: In La. Dad pays $350.00 for 2 kids from no job. He now has trucking/cash pay job. Should I refile for more support?

In Louisiana. The dad of my 2 children always said, he would get a cash job to screw me out of child support & has. $350.00 was set child support from the beginning of support. He quit his job when he found out I was filing. Should I refile for more child support or not since he has had another job for 5 years? There is paper proof he goes to 3 papermills daily he has to check into each mill. Logs weighed in to pay employer for the logs received. & I have photo copied his employer's face Book page showing what he pays employees per trip to deliver to the mills. My children have seen the employer pay hundreds of $$'s cash to him. Both my kids will be 18 when they graduate high school. When does support stop? We have joint custody. I am primary the children live with me. Thank you

A: If you can prove his income, hire an attorney to file for an increase.
