Q: Im looking for a or away to get hubby a bond loophole even my husband got arrested on Dec 26th for a 3 degree assault

Domestic violence and restraining order violation it's a low class misdemeanor well his health is bad I mean really bad he's he has stage 5 renal failure which is kidney failure he's on dialysis so he's not even a Flight Risk because if he doesn't take his dialysis he will die so he went from the jail on the 27th to the hospital remind you this was over the weekend that he got arrested because he is on dialysis so they took him to the hospital he's been in the hospital since with a cop at his bed and nobody's allowed to know where he's at he's not allowed to make any phone calls I've been trying to call the da & the judge I'm trying to get him a bond he has he been there since 26th with no bond that's not right he deserves to have a bond like everyone else you know they keep setting his court for the next day the next day is there a loophole so I can either get him a bond or get him out dont they have 72 hours to charge him if not they have to release him?

A: He likely already has a bond because they cannot confine him indefinitely without a bond. There are ways of verify what the value of his bond is. You will need to consult with a lawyer on this. Being that he has a bond, to get him out on that bond, someone will need to pay it or otherwise request that the Court modify it if he can't meet it. That type of argument is very fact specific and would require an attorney to be retained on his case and speak with him directly. The Court will not lower bond without consulting with the Defendant and all other necessary parties.
