A: Read whatever contract you got. You may have a termination option. But even if you do, how are you going to get your money back? Jurisdiction is probably in another State. It appears that You might have an option with your own credit card, or you might cut your losses with canceling the card. And it is much more likely that you will be sued for breach of contract, or have a bad credit report.
