2 days ago n mcminn county jail tn the charge was failure to appear on a theft charge that the charge was 11/09/2002 19 years.

A: The SOL has to to do with initiating the criminal charge, not the FTA, which apparently it was. Boyfriend needs a competent attorney to represent him now. That charge will be a problem for the DA's to prove now, but you really want it to go away and maybe clean up his record.
