Q: Hi I am looking for help. I am being charged with Animal cruelty resulting in the death of the animal.
The police reports say that the dog was euthanized. However, there is proof that she is alive. But I am unable to obtain these documents to prove that she is alive. Is there anyone that can help me figure out what to do? The police turned in a false report and I am having trouble disputing this. Please help.
