"Mary Poppings" is more problematic - Disney has the "Mary Poppins" mark registered for some goods and services, and they might try to stop you from using a confusingly similar mark. Obviously you are going for a Mary Poppins association, so they would likely be successful in stopping you from using "Mary Poppings."
