My question is does he still have to pay the mother child support for a child that doesn't live with her anymore. If no what can we do to get her taken off of the child support order. She will be 18 in September 2021 and graduates in may of 2021
A: Yes he still has to pay child support until there is an order terminating it. You have to figure out which is more expensive: paying 8 months of child support or hiring a lawyer.
