Q: Someone drafts will in 1999. Leaves house to wife. They then divorce. He just passed away. Does she still get house

It appears as though this question is asked in the wrong State "ask a lawyer" category.
A couple things to ask as starting point when you ask an Ohio attorney:
(1) Does the will say "to my wife" (or similar) or does it provide her name?
(2) What form of ownership interest in the real property did the husband have? (a) Was it just the husband? (b) Did the wife, or anyone else, own any piece of it? (c) What does the divorce decree state about this, if anything?
(3) Were any other wills drafted?
(4) Did the husband remarry?
