Tampa, FL asked in Personal Injury and Products Liability for Louisiana

Q: A store sold us 3 month old expired milk which made me and my daughter sick. I had to bring her to the ER. Options ?

We bought several individual Fairlife Milks from a local convenience store yesterday morning. I drank 1, my daughter had 2 one about 11am and another at around 6pm. My stomach was hurting all day after I drank the milk. But it tasted fine so I took some pepto. My daughter on the other hand has to go to the ER and had food poisoning. Upon coming home , I picked up her empty bottle from 6pm and looking at it the date on it say Best Used By Dec 6 20. My daughter was vomiting and had diahrea all night from about 6:45- till I brought her into the ER about 4:45. I have 3 containers of milk all saying that date. Do I have any options for getting the hospital bills paid ? Thank u.

A: Hire a personal injury lawyer. Save your receipt and the containers.
