Q: do i have to go to court to get more child support not only from his check but his bonusus
my kids dad and i have been together living together for 12 years he just recently moved out and want to offer me 300 .00 for two kids when he know the bills or over that plus rent and im not working my kids are home schooled he gets a bonus in november,december,january and may plus he carries the kids on his income tax when im use to him giving me 700 out of his bonus and half of his income tax and he's been paying all the bills for the last 8 years i need to find a lawyer to see what i can do for child support
