Q: Will my 17 y/o son have to pay child support?
I currently receive court-ordered child support for my son. I just found out that his girlfriend is pregnant. He will be starting his senior year in high school when the baby is born. If Support Enforcement gets involved, will he have to pay child support? Will I have to pay it for him? Will this affect the support his father pays to me?

You and his father will have to pay child support for him, once the baby is born and until he turns 18 or graduates from high school whichever comes last, but no later than his 19th birthday.
He needs to go to college immediately and work part time earning at least $100 per month to pay his child support.
