Q: I got in a car accident and I was at fault and I’m just wondering what’s gonna happen
A: If you had insurance covering the vehicle, then you need to report the accident to your insurance company and let it handle this matter----that is why you have insurance (plus the law makes it mandatory for you to do so). The insurance company will investigate the accident and assuming you are at fault and as long as people are reasonable, work out a settlement for the damages to the not at fault driver.
