Q: Pulled over for speeding and blew .07 now I have to go to court could I get a dui?

A: Even though this situation was under the legal limit, you still could get charged with a DUI under a different subsection of the DUI statute. I would suggest looking for an attorney right away to discuss your options.

A: The officer had the opinion that you were under the influence of alcohol. If the state can prove that you were you impaired by any amount of alcohol, then you could get a DUI. Even though you blew under.

You definitely need a lawyer to fight this case.
