Q: The procedure for filling suit against west Virginia governor Jim justice for ending unemployment benefits early
There is a group of us that are in need of representation in west Virginia to file suit much like Indiana for the reinstatement of unemployment benefits
A: contact the West Virginia State Democratic committee. If any of you are in a district with a state rep or state Senator who is Democratic, see if they can suggest someone.
