A: Your question is confusing. Is the charge pending and you don’t want it on your record. Or were you convicted and you’re trying to have it removed from your record?

A: It's unlikely that a person will be able to remove a traffic ticket from their Minnesota drivers license record after; if they pay the ticket or plead guilty. The way to keep it off the DL record is to challenge it before that. If it were me, I would set a goal of avoiding the speeding ticket from going on my DL record, or have a court trial before a judge if need be. With no priors, and 10 over, chances of success are good.
