A: No. If you're an owner, the co-owner cannot evict you (and you cannot evict the co-owner either). If you decide to hire an attorney to assist, I'm sure anyone who responds would be happy to help.
A: Unless the co-deed title owner is the landlord on a written residential lease for the premises, that party does not have a right to seek and eviction of any occupants in the premises. In addition, there is a moratorium that current exists in Virginia for evictions of residential premises.
