Asked in Family Law for Louisiana

Q: What are parents rights if your child is turning 18 & still in high school?

The boyfriend is very controlling, is a known person that sells & uses illegal drugs. My daughter keeps seeking out to see him and I've caught him in my house without my permission. My daughter is starting 12th grade & will turn 18 in November. She is threatening to leave when she turns 18. I am at my witts end. I am worried about my daughter & what this outcome could be.
