This is a Georgia state statute located in the Official Code of Georgia Annotated. This provision states the following
"(13) The marriage is irretrievably broken. Under no circumstances shall the court grant a divorce on this ground until not less than 30 days from the date of service on the respondent."
This means the marriage is done and neither party is at fault. It also states that a court can issue a final order for divorce after 30 days.
