A third party seller on amazon used the description "gorilla glass" in their own manufactured replicated glass screen protector which is the main reason I purchased the product because it claimed it was GORILLA GLASS as well as the military grade metal phone protective case. When iI complained their Knockoff version contributed to my LG VELVETS. GORILLA GLASSES SCREEN CRACKING THEY PRETTY MUCH ACCUSED ME OF BEING CARELESS AND DROPPING MY PHONE. WELL MY PHONE WAS LESS THE 30 DAYS OLD AND NO I HAD NEVER DROPPED MY PHONE . I WOKE UP ONE MORNING AND THE SCREEN PROTECTOR THE SOLD ME WAS CRACKED ALONG WITH MY PHONE WAS CRACKED IN TBE SAME SPOT.

A: If you can prove that a) there is lacking of gorilla glass screen b) lacking of gorilla glass is the cause of the broken screen, you have a cause of action for misrepresentation.
