To court they continued my case till they get my blood work test results. How are they waiting for my results if I refused to take the blood test

A: If the cop asked you to take a blood or breath test and you refused that is a refusal if they got a warrant and you gave blood or even if you were admitted to the ER and the doctor took blood.
